Our non-profit project is called Turbota and it aims to connect individuals who want to volunteer and provide humanitarian assistance in Ukraine during the war.
The main problem we tried to solve is the lack of a dedicated place of communication for people trying to connect with each other to provide or receive aid.

To address this issue, we decided to create a dedicated communication platform. This platform would allow users to easily connect with each other, share information about their needs and availability, and coordinate their efforts.
By having a dedicated place of communication, we were able to improve the efficiency of the aid process and make it easier for people to find the help they needed or offer assistance to others.
We conducted refuge and volunteers interviews and social research to understand the needs of our users.
